We are fortunate to be part of the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine where Diversity, Inclusion and Equity Initiatives are at the forefront of our Dean and President's vision. In addition, our Chairman, Dr. Glen Flores has dedicated his career to focus extensively on disparities in health care caused by poverty, racism, and lack of access for underserved population.
